Catalyst Management is a fundraising and philanthropy consultancy established in 2006 by Lawrence Jackson with core service offerings which include fundraising and integrated digital philanthropy ie. giving days and crowdfunding, strategy development, program performance and sustainability assessment, campaign management and interim management services.
Since inception, Catalyst Management has undertaken over 80 bespoke projects and assignments over a 12-year period for a wide spectrum of organisations ranging in size and age and area of focus.
These include very large and established charities, major higher educational institutions, research foundations, faith-based group, arts organisations and single-issue disability, welfare or community type organisations as well as very small start-up entities or social enterprises.
Catalyst Management has also undertaken interim management assignments for the National Heart Foundation, Vision Australia, Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, the University of Sydney and Multiple Sclerosis Limited.
As part of its core service offering, Catalyst Management operates an informal user group for clients and associates (Philanthrocrat and Peers in Philanthropy) in which case studies from leading campaigns and projects are presented and key learnings shared under “Chatham House” rules.
